Leave the plastic part in place, including the spring.Step 2: Unscrew the right screw only. This will lock the nut so youcan unscrew the side lever screw without it turning.Step 3: Remove the side lever screw by unscrewing it counterclockwiseand place it next to the unit.Step 4: If you want to remove the click system so you can work continuously,remove the part you see circled. Save this!Step 5: Replace the side lever and make sure it is back to thecorrect tension. Test this bymoving the side lever up and down.
